Hanita and Anup’s beautiful Hindu wedding was held The Grand Connaught Rooms, one of London’s most impressive and extravagant wedding venues in the heart of the city. The ceremony itself was conducted in the iconic Grand Hall amongst a crowd of many. Everything within the hall seemed to fit together so well and I knew immediately upon entering the room that it was going to be an enjoyable day for me to photograph.

It’s always nice to attend a wedding where you get to meet past and present couples for whom I have photographed and will be photographing their weddings for. This event was no exception and it was nice to see so many familiar faces. It was a very joyous day with everyone in great spirits.

This event concluded a hat trick of consecutive pre-events held over the May Bank Holiday weekend. With Anup being from Canada, it was nice to see and finally meet his Canadian counterparts. Both families were tremendously hospitable and it was simply a pleasure documenting Hanita and Anup’s celebrations by being their chosen wedding photographer.

I sincerely wish them both a very happy and bright future together. For the moment, however, I hope you enjoy some of my favourite frames from their auspicious occasion.
